MA Candidate at St. Mary's
Pre-Licensed Clinician
Hi, I’m Anna and I use she/they pronouns, identifying as white, queer, and nonbinary. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and affirming space where individuals can explore their emotions, identities, and life challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection, and that we all have the innate capacity to grow, heal, and become the people we’re meant to be.
My interests are person-centered, trauma-focused, strengths-based, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy with populations of individuals having anxiety, depression, trauma, struggling with body acceptance, and the LGBTQIA+ population. My work centers on the belief that therapy is a partnership. We will work together to uncover your strengths and build a toolkit that helps you navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
I understand the importance of working with a therapist who honors your unique identity and experiences, and I strive to provide a warm, inclusive, and accepting environment for all.
